Dickies- Kids' Sanded Duck Hooded Jacket {#Review} {#Giveaway} #GiftGuide2014

When you hear of Dickies, more than likely you think work wear. I didn't realize until recently they offered so many things for kids. The Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co., better known as Dickies, is an American workwear company established in 1922 by C.N. Williamson and E.E. "Colonel" Dickie. Since its beginnings, Dickies has stood for the quality, toughness, and pride that embodies the spirit of the American worker. Dickies offers garments ranging from work pants and work shirts to women's workwear, chore coats, and denim jeans. Dickies workwear is currently sold in all 50 states and throughout the world.

Recently, I partnered with them to feature them in my gift guide here on my blog. I received a Medium Dickies Kids' Sanded Duck Hooded Jacket in Brown for my daughter, Lydia. She is a tom boy at heart and I thought this was "her".

 I know it looks a tad big, I wanted her to grow into it! It has convenient hand warmer pockets to keep those fingers warm when she forgets her gloves. I love the three-piece hood and the look of the fabric! Is is Sanded duck fabric for a softer feel! It doesn't feel rough at all.

As you can see, this jacked offers ribbed knit cuffs and bottom hem for warmth.

This jacket is also 100% Cotton and has 100% Polyester Lining. She says that it is SO warm! Overall, I love how this Dickies kids' jacket looks on her! It currently retails for $44.99 but it is on sale for $34.99 on their website today.
