I have a love for peanut butter. I could eat it every day. I was also recently accepted into a house party for Peter Pan Simply Ground and figured that I would put this peanut butter to use. It is so creamy and smooth. I want to share with you a cookie recipe that will be done in 6-10 minutes, depending on how big you make them. SO EASY, and not to mention it makes the house smell SO good.

You only need three ingredients to make these cookies happen too. How cool is that?
  • 1 Cup of peanut butter of choice
  • 1 Cup of granulated white sugar
  • 1 large egg
These cookies are such an easy treat to make, especially for those late night sweet cravings. Preheat your oven to 350* and place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Combine all of the ingredients and mix with a mixer until smooth. You can roll into balls one inch apart, and after you get them all on the parchment paper, take a fork and smash on the top. This gives it that classic peanut butter cookie look as well. Bake for 6-10 minutes, the bigger the cookie, the longer it will cook. Mine were bigger, so it took 10 minutes to bake. Take out of the oven when they are barely brown and enjoy!
These are so easy to make, this is also a great starter recipe for kids that want to help bake too. It is so easy that you don't have to be hands on with them, and you can sit back and watch!
These cookies are so soft too! They are amazing with a cup of milk or crushed in a bowl of ice cream!
What do you think? Will you be giving these delicious cookies a go? I Would love to hear!

  4. Dang! I really could have used this recipe last week when kiddo wanted me to empty out 2 eggshells for her for her 'Russian Egg' craft... Oh well, there's always next time. Oh, and at least they didn't go to waste, the dog loved her raw eggs on a plate, although she wanted the shells too 😂

  7. I used this recipe all the time when I was a teenager, back in the 80s. My little brother liked them so much, he ate the dough. my Mom objected because of the raw egg, lol, so he started mixing just the p.b. & sugar & eating that!
