Seafood has been something I haven't enjoyed for long. It wasn't long ago that I hated it! I met my husband and he had me trying seafood left and right. I can't get enough of it! *I* personally don't like seafood, however, my husband LOVES him some good oysters. We came across Pearlz Oyster Bar in Charleston and he wanted to stop in and give it a go.
Pearlz Osyter Bar is one of Homegrown Hospitality Group's eight unique restaurant concepts. Pearlz Osyter Bar has 4 locations throughout the Carolinas.
We went at lunch time and it was sooo packed!
As soon as you walk in, you can see the daily specials on the board!
I couldn't resist a $4 sangria! They were deeelliiciooouus!
The menu was pretty pleasing to the eye to say the least, So many options with so little time!
We chose several appetizers and the deviled eggs were one of them!
These eggs- let me tell you now OMG! Classic deviled egg with smoked trout, and roasted red pepper jam.
We also decided to get lump crab cakes!
These crab cakes were DELICIOUS!!!
As for the oysters, they are shucked at the bar in front of you, this gives you an insight to how things work there too!
Brandon decided to get a dozen of the house oysters and he loved them!
He absolutely loved them. I decided to get the chicken sandwich!
I honestly can say this was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my entire life! The slaw was delicious and the chips were good too!
We can honestly say the hospitality of the place was down right amazing! The food is great, the atmosphere is upbeat and the prices are fair! Check out all of their locations on their website https://www.pearlzoysterbar.com/locations/ to visit one yourself!
Would I go again? YES!! I plan to the next time we are in town!
