 The holder screws into the base. Unscrew and place into the holes and screw the nuts tight.

 I going to warn you, these knifes are SHARP AS HELL. BE VERY careful when packaging. They have plastic on the tips as well as cardboard and bubble wrap, but BE CAREFUL.
