Organize your team with the TeamSnap Onine App!

My daughter loves Fall softball. I love it too because the weather is perfect, however communication with her coach seemed to be an issue. I know that for most parents it can be frustrating and when you don't know which field practice is at or what mom is assigned to snacks it can be a headache! When you sign up and log in, the first thing you will notice is that you can add the team roster and add new members. You can also add every game and practice in the events section. You can click to notify the team if you make a change too! That will come in handy when they have a rainy day and games or practices are cancelled. Anyone with access (coaches, etc) can send emails or text alerts to the entire team or just select individuals to notify them of games and changes!

 Now, sometimes forms are needed, when we all pitched in for socks we needed to provide info and there is a section on the website for that too!

 Another favorite of mine is the Payments section. When we needed to pay for pictures, some parents were unorganized and this is a way to keep everything simple and get your team organized! 

 Now, refreshments! When you make an event, you can assign people to bring them. I think this is an awesome way to keep things organized and they can know who is bringing what and when. I couldn't tell you how many times people "forgot" or people just did not know what was going on.

 Sharing photos with the entire team is a plus. I love taking pictures of everyone and everything. You can add photos on the website for everyone!

 Overall, I think TeamSnap is an amazing website to keep parents, players and the whole bunch organized! I wish I had ran into this last year because things would have been so much easier.
