This dress is called the Charlotte Flower Girl Dress in Vintage beige. 

The Charlotte is a vintage-inspired, gorgeous dress featuring soft delicate lace and beautiful English tulle. It is lace trimmed above the chest, shoulder, back and bottom hem and finished with sweet cap sleeves. The darling, detachable satin ribbon sash has a matching crystal and pearl embellished frayed chiffon flower.

 I put the sash to the side because I liked it better that way. I LOVE the style of this dress. It is so beautiful and adorable! It comes in sizes 9-12 months to a girls 13/14.
